Description
SEC board has not had a ModBus connection with the
inverter for at least 10 seconds.
791 is triggered if an HeatingIO board has been found
(without separate coding), but no SEC board can be
detected on it.
Unable to find a master board or any configuration.
Temperature sensor fault in the inverter. Internal inverter
temperature too high at least 5x within 24 h.
Overvoltage on inverter.
Undervoltage on inverter.
Safety Input was triggered.
Case 1: Inverter malfunction.
Reset automatically?
Case 2: High-pressure pressostats in refrigerating circuit have
triggered
Reset automatically?
Case 3: LWDV malfunction message caused by voltage
fluctuations
exceeding the valid standard.
Reset automatically?
Heating rod regulating is not supported.
ModBus error on fan. Reset automatically.
ModBus error on ASB electronic printed circuit board. Reset
automatically.
Shutdown is triggered when desuperheater temperature
≥ 80 ° C. Device is switched off and D0_Pause is written in
shutdowns.
Device is released again for operation after 2 hours.
If the shutdown occurs 5 times within 24 hours, error 800 is
written to the fault memory.
Shutdown is triggered when temperature in electrical control
box ≥ 80°C. If the temperature falls below 70°C, the heat pump
starts again. Reset automatically.
Error 802 has triggered 3 times within 24h. Manual reset
required. If the temperature in the electrical control box is still
≥ 80°C, the error is triggered again immediately.

Remedy
If it concerns the SEC board
configuration, test the ModBus cable
between the HeatingIO and SEC board.
Also check the SEC board.
If it is NOT a configuration with SEC
board (e.g., because it concerns a HMD
2(R)), check the coding resistor of the
HeatingIO.
Check the coding connector on the LIN
board(s).
Fault acknowledges itself.
Inspect the inverter voltage supply.
Inspect the inverter voltage supply.
Case 1: Inspect inverter.
Remedy fault.
Case 2: Inspect HW throughflow, overflow,
flow temperature sensor and high-
pressure sensor.
Remedy fault.
Case 3: It must be turned off and resecured
manually
Inspect ModBus cabling to fan.
Inspect ModBus cabling to ASB electronic
printed circuit board.
Remove energy from desuperheater
memory.
The machine can be restarted as soon as
the temperature falls < 80°C.
Check fan for function.
Check connection cable. Check sensor.
Check switching chamber openings for
blockages.
