SYMPTOM

-fault engine
-water is in the engine
penetrated
-clutch is not inserted
-not enough electricity or
voltage
-winch has been used for
too long
-fault control box
-winch turns into wrong
direction
-brake is worn out
RECOMMENDED ACTION
-put the control box in the connector
-Tighten the screws of all electricity connections
-Replace control box
-Measure the voltage on the engine connectors while pressing a
direction button :
If there is voltage and the winch doesn't work, replace the engine
-Drown the water and allow winch to dry. Run in short pulses
without a load until completely dry. Do an engine service after that.
-position the clutch on the „IN" position. If the problem persists, a
qualified technician will need to check and repair the device
-recharge the battery. Use the winch only when engine is running
-loose or rusted battery connections: clean, tighten or replace
-allow the winch to cool
-loose or rusted connections: clean and tighten
-repair or replace the control box
-the winch should run clockwise seen from the end of the engine
-set the brake angle or use new brake pads
