STEP 3 :
1. Fix the Right swing tube(28R) onto the
Handlebar post(17) with the Bolt(55) and
the Flat washer(54).
Note: First not tight them up.
2. Fix the Right pedal support tube(41R)
onto the Crank(10) with the Pedal bolt(43)
and the Wave shape washer(44),and then
attach the Thin spring washer(50) and the
Nylon nut(51).
Note: First not tight them up.
3.Connect the Right swing tube(28R)
and the Right pedal support tube(41R)
with the Bolt(34) Flat washer(35) and Ny-
lon nut(36), then tighten the Bolt(55) the
Bolt(34) and Nylon nut(51), finally cover
the Collar cap (31) the Collar cap (48) the
Collar cap (52) and the Collar cap (60).
4.Fix the Right pedal (40R) onto the Right
pedal tube (41R) with the Bolt (37) the
Flat washer (38) and Nylon nut (39).
5.Use the same way to fix the Left pedal
tube (41L) the Left swing tube (28L) onto
the Crank (10) and the Handlebar
post (17),and finally fix the Left pedal (40L)onto the Left pedal tube
(41L).
STEP 4 :
Pull the Pulse sensor wire (57) out of the con-
sole bracket hole of the Handlebar post (17),
and then fasten the handlebar (16) onto the
Handlebar post (17) with the Allen pan head
screw (58) and the Curved washer (30) and the
Cap nut(25).
