BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

A minimum of two people, are required to safely
lay down the shell, three people are
recommended. Please read and follow these
instructions carefully for your safety and the
protection of the shell.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT TO SECURE THE MAST CARRYING THE CANOPY PANEL, TO
THE MAIN FRAME BEFORE LAYING DOWN THE SHELL. FAILURE TO DO THIS MAY
RESULT IN THE MAST EXTENDING, MAKING THE OPERATION DIFFICULT AND UNSAFE.
1. Take the rubber strap provided and route it through the canopy pivot bracket at the top of the mast.
2. Pull both ends down hooking each of the hooks under the top frame member on either side of the
center column.
3. Lay down a blanket or layers of cardboard in front of the shell to cushion the canopy rod and protect
the floor and back side of the canopy panel. Start the blanket or cardboard up underneath the
kicker panel on the shell and extend outward.

One 6' x 8' blanket or piece of cardboard
One ½" open-end wrench or a ratchet with ½"
socket

  • Page 2 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 4. Position a person on each side of the shell and one in the front. The persons on each side should use a foot to hold the kicker panel against the frame as they begin to tip the shell forward. All three persons should try to hold the panels tucked together as they carefully lay the shell down.
