Solenoid muffler plugged
No fluid pressure
Heater failure (cold applicator)
No air to solenoid valve
Dirty or faulty triggering device
Solenoid valve connected incorrectly Check the solenoid valve air
Clogged manifold passage
Plugged nozzle
Failed module in close position
Plugged module filter
Clogged manifold passage

Adhesive pressure too high
