In the case of this
mode
shifting,
the movement
of the
BRAKE ACT SLIDE remains
fixed.
So, the
CLUTCH
ACT
LEVER should
be unlocked
by the
movement
of the hook of the MAIN SLIDE PLATE
to cause the clutch
to be released. This movement
in turn
causes
the capstan
motor
rotation
to be
transmitted
via
the
friction
mechanism.
So, the
constant
speed
rotation
drive
necessary
for
the
PLAY (REC)
mode
and
SEARCH
mode
is made
possible.
