Operation
Difference image
This function allows you to determine temperature variations in
comparison to an original image. It is useful, if you want to keep track of
dynamic processes or if the object scenery has changed. The original
image is saved to the camera memory using the „Record" option.
Activating the „Display" option displays this image. To activate the
difference image mode, select the respective function. If active, the
difference image will be displayed when you switch back to the
recording mode. A „D" at the margin of the image indicates that the
difference image mode is active.
Scanner
The option list provides the following modes:
– vOFF/middle
– vOFF/position
– vOFF/Pos/nLines
– vOFF/hOFF/nPixel Vertical and horizontal scanner off; position
Chopper Pause
The image grabbing process is interrupted for a short time by swinging
the reference radiator (chopper) into the optical path. The minimum
time possible between two inserts (chopper pause) is 1.8 s. The
maximum pause interval is 10 min.
