Insert the motor part (4) into the handle part (3), making sure the handle are locked-in.

FittinG sAFetY GUArd (Fig. 3)
1. Position the cutout of the safety guard (5) to the convex on the trimmer head (6), and make sure the cutting
line is not trapped under the safety guard.
2. Secure the safety guard onto the trimmer head with screws provided.

FittinG AUXiLiArY HAndLe (Fig. 4, 5)
1. Locate the auxiliary handle (7) to the auxiliary handle bracket (8). Tale care of its orientation.
2. Insert the bolt through the bracket and the handle then screw into the captive nut. Fasten the screw and the
nut securely.
