The trunk lid

If the vehicle is not opened within approximately
40 seconds after unlocking, it locks again. Anti-
theft protection is activated again.
Do not keep the SmartKey together with elec‐
tronic devices or metal objects. This can affect
the SmartKey's functionality.
Indicator lamp of the vehicle lock
Indicator lamp 1 in the trim on the driver's side
flashes when the vehicle is locked from outside.
Indicator lamp 1 remains off if the vehicle is
locked from inside or while the vehicle is in
motion.
