Carrying out hemming and narrow overlocking

The sewing machine incorporates the hemming device to enable roll hemming and narrow
overlocking. The sewing machine is able to overlock the material edges such as bottoms
and sleeve cuffs beautifully while automatically folding them inwardly.
Preparation for hemming
1. Install the right needle only.
2. Pull the overlocking width changeover knob toward you to lower the overlocking claw.
3. Set the lower knife adjusting knob at the scale mark "1 to 1.5".
4. When using filament thread or woolly nylon thread, set the stitch length adjustment dial
(stitch length) at "1 to 1.5".
Roll hemming (A)
The roll hemming is the stitch system that laps the material edge with the upper looper thread.
Narrow overlocking (B)
The narrow overlocking is the overlock stitch system overlocking width of which is narrow-
er than the standard one.
Durchführung von Säumen und schmal Überwindlich
Die Nähmaschine beinhaltet Säumgerät um die Rollsämen und schmal überwindlich zu
ermöglichen. Die Nähmaschine ist imstande schön die Stofflkante wie Knöpfe und ärmel-
schetten beim automatischen Zusammenlegen zu overlocken.
Vorbereitung für säumen
1. Montieren Sie nur die rechte Nadel.
2. Den Stichwahlhebel bis zur vorderen Markierung auf der Stichplatte vom Nähfuss weg-
ziehen um die Stichplatte zu fallen.
3. Stellen Sie den unteren Messer Einstellungsnknopf auf die "1 to 1,5" Skale.
4. Bei Verwendung von Faser – und Bauschgarn die Stichlaengeeinstellungs Knopf (Stich-
laenge) auf "1 to 1,5"abstimmen.
Rollsäumen (A)
Beim Rollsäumen wickelt das Stichsystem die Stoffkante mit dem oberen Greiferfaden ein.
Schmal überwindlich (B)
Beim Schmall überwindlich ist das breite überwindlich Stichsystem schmaler als im Standard.

В швейной машине используется устройство подгибки для выполнение подгибки
руликом и узкой обметки. С помощью данной машины можно выполнять красивое
оверлочивание краев материала, таких как: низ изделия и манжеты рукавов, автома-
тически загибая их внутрь.
Подготовка подгибки
1. Установите только правую иглу.
2. Нажмите кнопку переключения ширины обметки вперед по направлению к вам для
снижения зубца обметки.
3. Установите кнопку регулировки нижнего ножа на значении " от 1 до 1,5".
4. При использовании филаментовой нити, либо нейлоновой нити, установите шкалу
длины стежка (длина стежка) на значении "от 1 до 1,5".
Подгибка руликом (A)
Подгибка руликом является системой стежков, при которой край материала загиба-
ется нитью верхнего петлителя.
Узкая обметка (B)
Узкая обметка является системой стежков оверлока при котором ширина обметки яв-
ляется меньшей, чем стандартная.
Rolzomen en smal overlocken
De lockmachine heeft de mogelijkheid om rolzomen en smalle overlocknaden te maken.
De lockmachine is in staat om de randen van b.v. onderkanten en manchetten prachtig af
te werken terwijl de stof automatisch naar binnen wordt gevouwen.
Voorbereiden voor het zomen
1. Gebruik alleen de rechter naald.
2. Trek de selectie hefboom voor rolzoomsteek naar u toe.
3. Zet de snijbreedte afstelknop op de schaalverdeling "1 tot 1,5".
4. Bij het gebruik van filament draad of wollen draad, zet de steeklengteknop op "1 tot 1,5".
Rolzomen (A)
De rolzoom is de steek waarbij het materiaal helemaal wordt omrand met de bovengrijper-
draad.
Smalle overlock (B)
De smalle overlock is de steek waarbij de breedte smaller is dan de standaard overlock.
