4.14 CR-LED Test Function

IT873X, IT8722, IT8723 and IT8722B modules provide CR-LED function, which
can simulate the real characteristics of LED light to test LED constant current
source. LED light tends to consist of diodes. The break-over voltage of diode
and the current ripple of the constant current source make former CR mode
which could cause unstable test voltage and current unable to satisfy the test of
LED constant current source. The CR-LED function of IT873X, IT8722, IT8723
and IT8722B modules can simulate all characteristics of LED light. You can
simulate the break-over voltage value of diode by setting the Vd value to make
the test accurate.
Operating steps
1. Power on the electronic load.
2. Select the channel.
3. Press
