2 minutes before refueling. Let spilled fuel
evaporate before starting engine. Always allow
space for fuel expansion.
WARNING High pressure water spray can cut
through skin. Never spray people or animals,
as injury can result. Spray gun traps high
water pressure, even when engine is stopped
and water is disconnected. ALWAYS point spray gun in
safe direction, press red button and squeeze spray gun
trigger, to release high pressure, every time you stop
engine.
You will need:
• Utility knife
• Unleaded fuel
• Garden hose, 50 feet or less
Unpack pressure washer
1.
Remove everything from carton except pressure washer.
2.
Open carton completely by cutting each corner from top to bottom.
3.
Ensure you have all included items prior to assembly.

Assemble pressure washer
1.
Place handle (a) onto handle supports connected to main unit. Make
sure holes in handle align with holes on handle supports.
2.
Insert handle bolts (c) through holes from inside of unit
and attach a plastic knob (d) from outside of unit. Tighten by hand.
By loosening both knobs to the middle section of the attachment
bolt, the upper handle can fold forward to store flat atop the cold
engine.

NOTICE DO NOT fold the handle down while the engine is hot.

Place accessory tray (b) over holes on handle (viewing from front of
unit). Push the tree clips (e) into the holes until they sit flat against the
accessory tray.

Insert multi–colored spray tips (f) in spaces provided in accessory
tray. Place spray gun (j) through notches on left side of accessory
tray, place nozzle extension (k) in hole on left side of accessory tray
and hang high pressure hose (g) on hook attached to the right side of
the accessory tray as shown.

Quick Start Guide
2500 MAX PSI* Pressure Washer
WARNING Outdoor use ONLY. DO NOT start or run
engine indoors or in an enclosed area, even
if windows and doors are open. Running
engines give off carbon monoxide, an
odorless, poison gas that can cause nausea, fainting
or death.
WARNING Starter cord kickback (rapid retraction)
can result in bodily injury. NEVER pull
starter cord without first relieving spray
gun pressure. Pull starter cord slowly until
resistance is felt, then pull rapidly. Kickback will pull
hand and arm toward engine faster than you can let go.
High pressure can cause spray gun to kickback. Hold
spray gun with both hands during use.
WARNING Risk of eye injury. Spray can splash
back or propel objects. Always wear indirect
vented (chemical splash) safety goggles,
marked to comply with ANSI Z87.1 when
using or in vicinity of this equipment. NEVER substitute
safety glasses or dry-condition goggles for indirect
vented safety goggles.

Add engine oil and fuel
NOTICE You MUST properly fill engine with oil before attempting to start
pressure washer.
NOTICE DO NOT use E85 fuel.
NOTICE DO NOT mix oil with fuel.
1.
Move pressure washer outdoors to a flat, level surface.
2.
Clean area around oil fill and remove oil fill cap/dipstick (A).
3.
Using oil funnel (optional), slowly pour contents of provided bottle of
oil (h) into oil fill opening.
4.
Replace and fully tighten oil fill cap/dipstick.
5.
Clean area around fuel fill cap, remove cap (B).
6.
Slowly add clean, fresh, UNLEADED fuel. Be careful not to overfill.
Allow about 1.5 in. (4 cm) of tank space for fuel expansion.
7.
Replace fuel cap. Let any spilled fuel evaporate before starting
engine.
Move pressure washer
to safe operating location
WARNING Outdoor use ONLY. DO NOT start or run engine indoors

Keep at least 5 ft. (152 cm) clearance on all sides of pressure washer
including overhead to reduce the risk of exhaust heat or exhaust
gases igniting nearby combustible material.
Connect spray gun
NOTICE Remove and discard the shipping caps from the pump's high
pressure outlet and water inlet before attaching hoses

Uncoil high pressure hose (g) and attach one end of hose to base of
spray gun (j). Tighten by hand.
2.
Attach other end of high pressure hose (g) to high pressure outlet
(C) on pump. Tighten by hand.
Connect water supply
NOTICE If inlet screen is damaged or missing. DO NOT use pressure
washer, call 1-888-611-6708.
1.
Before connecting garden hose to water inlet, inspect inlet screen.
Clean screen if it contains debris or have it replaced if damaged. DO
NOT run pressure washer if inlet screen is damaged.
2.
Run cold water through garden hose for 30 seconds to clean out any
debris. Connect the garden hose (D) (not to exceed 50 feet (15 m) in
length) to the water inlet (E). Tighten by hand.
Start pressure washer
NOTICE You MUST connect and turn on water supply fully before
starting engine.
1.
Put on safety goggles.
WARNING Risk of eye injury. Spray can splash back or propel
objects. Always wear indirect vented (chemical splash)
safety goggles, marked to comply with ANSI Z87.1 when
using or in vicinity of this equipment. NEVER substitute

Turn on water supply.
3.
Point spray gun in a safe direction, press red button (F) on the
gun and squeeze the trigger to purge the pump system of air and
impurities.

Attach nozzle extension (k) to spray gun (j). Tighten by hand.
5.
Choose desired quick-connect spray tip (f), pull back on collar of
nozzle extension (k). Insert spray tip and release collar. Tug on spray
tip to make sure it is securely in place.

Move throttle lever (G) to FAST (
NOTICE This unit is equipped with a ReadyStart™ engine. A ReadyStart™
engine means there is no priming or choking required.

When starting engine, position yourself as recommended and grasp
starter grip handle and pull slowly until you feel some resistance.
Then pull rapidly to start engine.

Return starter grip handle slowly. DO NOT let rope "snap back"
against starter.
9.
After each starting attempt, where engine fails to run, always point
gun in safe direction, press red button and squeeze spray gun trigger
to release high pressure.
10.
Point gun toward surface to be cleaned. press red button and pull
trigger to begin spraying.
Stop pressure washer
1.
Let engine idle for 2 minutes.
2.
Move throttle lever (G) to SLOW (
position.

Turn off water supply.
4.
Point spray gun in safe direction, press red button, and squeeze
spray gun trigger to relieve retained high water pressure.
5.
Disconnect garden hose from pump.
6.
Disconnect high pressure hose from pump and gun for storage. For
long term storage instructions, see operator's manual.
7.
Remove safety goggles.
