Configuring call answering preferences in Avaya IX

Procedure
1. Do one of the following:
• From the endpoint, click Configure > Calling.
• From the web interface, click Basic Settings > Call-Answer mode > General.
2. Configure the following fields:
• Mute
• Volume
• Video Privacy
• Do not Disturb
• DnD Mode
• Automatic Answer
• Answer after (Rings)
• Ringing Volume
• Confirm Disconnect
3. On the web interface, click Save.
