VPA2100M & VPA2200MB – STEREO AMPLIFIER

1. Introduction

Thank you for buying this device! Read this manual carefully before bringing it into service.

2. Installation

This amplifier can be installed in a 19" 2U rack that is ventilated, dust free, dry and sheltered from sunlight.

3. Beware!

Do not open the unit while it is connected to the mains, as this may cause life-threatening electrocution. Do not insert
any objects that may cause short circuits or block the ventilator. In case of failure, take the unit to a qualified
technician for repair.

4. Connections

Before connecting any device, make sure the unit is not connected to the mains. First connect the outputs to the
loudspeaker(s), respecting the polarity: red for plus, black for minus. In bridged mode, the speaker's + is connected
to the left red (+), while the speaker's – is connected to the right red (+). In bridged mode, the input goes through the
6.35mm jack of the left channel. Connect the input cable(s) to the 6.35 mono jack.

5. Use

Before you turn the unit on, make sure that all control buttons are turned to the left (to the minimum). Choose the
operating mode: - normal in stereo, the button on the front panel is pressed
- bridged in mono, the button on the front panel is not pressed, the corresponding LED is lit
When you press the on/off button, the "on" LED lights up. After a few seconds, progressively raise the sound volume.
By all means avoid continuous lighting of the red overload LEDs to avoid deterioration of the speakers and/or the
amplifier. Occasional lighting is normal.

6. Guarantee

All products have a one-year guarantee against all fabrication faults that occurred during normal use and respecting
the use advice in this manual. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, bad treatment or
disrespect of the normal use conditions. All modifications to this unit that are not done by our after sales service will
void the guarantee. The manufacturer will deny any responsibility in case of unintended use of the device. The
manufacturer may modify his product for the better without notice.
