Car Wash
B efore w ashing yo u r veh icle , re­
move in se ct residues. The ca r
should not be w ashed in th e sun.
T h o ro u g h ly spray the c a r w ith a
diffused je t of w ater. D ire c t o n ly a
very w eak spray to w a rd s the v e n ti­
lation intake. Use p le n ty of w a te r
and rinse the sponge and cham ois
fre qu en tly. Rinse w ith c le a r w a te r
and th o ro u g h ly w ip e d ry w ith a
cham ois.
If the ve h icle has been run th ro u g h
an a u to m atic c a r wash - in p a rti­
c u la r one o f the o ld e r in s ta lla tio n s -
rew ipe the recessed sectio n s p ro ­
vided in the tail lig h ts (fo r im proved
prevention of s o ilin g ) if necessary.
No solvents (fuels, th in n e rs etc.)
m ust be used.
In the w in te r, th o ro u g h ly rem ove
all traces of road sa lt as soon as
possible.
W hen w ashing the c a r underbody,
do not fo rg e t to clean th e inner
sides of the w heels.
Tar Stains
Q uickly rem ove ta r sta ins b e fore
