Cove Channel extrusion

Please read all instructions prior to installation and keep for future reference!
1. Product to be installed by a qualied electrician.
2. Prior to installation ensure power is off at fuse box to prevent electrical shock.

1.1 The pre-made or purchased cove, must take reflector
profile dimensions into consideration prior to beginning
the installation.

3.1 Holes will also have to be made to the reflector, Refer to drawing above to make all necessary holes to the reflector.
- Drill two 9/64" hole, 1/2" from each end of the extrusion, to secure reflector to extrusion.
- Drill a 1 1/64" hole, 1/4" from one end of the reflector for the LineLED wires to connect to the power feed wire.

4.1 LineLED can be shortened by cutting along the dashed lines in between
the solder pads. Make sure the cut is made on the side of the LineLED
without the wire leads. LineLED cannot touch the metal endcap which will
shorten the circuit.

Caution:
Safety equipment is recommended, when modifications are being
made to the extrusion & lens.
2.1 If necessary extrusion can be cut in the field, using the proper blade for
aluminum. Cut the extrusion to the desired length.

5.1 Prior to installing the LineLED to extrusion, clean extrusion from any debris.

5.2 Remove the paper backing from the adhesive tape on the LineLE
feed the wire leads through the pre-made hole. Gently push LineLED onto
aluminum extrusion to secure in place.
