Distributor/SSC/ Customer.
XTREME MANUFACTURING MAKES NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY. XTREME MANUFACTURING MAKES NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY.
Wherever possiblethe end customer shall obtain all warranty support & make all warranty claims throughthe
local Xtreme ManufacturingauthorizedDistributor /SSC / Dealer. Warranty support shouldbe from the
Distributor /SSC / Dealer from whom the Xtreme Manufacturingproduct was purchased. Where Xtreme
Manufacturingequipmentis supplieddirectly from the factory, the end customer, if unable to contact a
Distributor/SSC/ Dealer, may contact the Xtreme ManufacturingWarranty Departmentfor further assistance.
APPEAL
The buyer may appeal in writing against a rejected or adjusted claim to Xtreme Manufacturingwarranty
department within a period of 21 days of receivingthe rejection or adjustmentnotice. The appeal shouldbe
grounded on express reasons and supportedby relevant evidence. Appealsreceived outside of this time limit
will not be considered.
