Warranty

Xtreme Manufacturing Product Warranty Policy
1) Xtreme Manufacturing warrants, its authorizedsales and service centers (herein referred to as "SSC"), new
product(s) the mainframe and chassis weldmentsshall be free from defect in material and workmanshipfor
the period of 10 years or 10,000 hours whichever comes rst. The boom weldmentand boom rollers shall be
free from defects in material and workmanshipfor the period of 5 years or 5,000 hours whichever comes rst.
The powertrain assemblies consisting of engine, transmission and drive axles and all other components not
listed above shall be free from defects in material and workmanshipfor the period of 2 year or 2,000 hours
after date of delivery. This warranty is made to the originalowner of the new product(s) and is transferable for
the duration of the coverageperiod, to the subsequentowner with prior written approvalfrom Xtreme
Manufacturing(see limitations).
2) Machines may be held in an authorizedDistributor/ SSC's stock for a maximumperiod of six (6) months
from the date of shipmentfrom Xtreme, before the warranty period is automaticallyinitiated on each
machine.
3) It is the responsibilityof the Distributor/SSCto completeand return to Xtreme Manufacturinga Pre delivery
InspectionRecord, Warranty Registration Form, before the act of rental / loan / demonstrationof the machine
or delivery to an end user. In the case of direct sale to end customers the same responsibilitylies with the end
customer.
4) Any end customer, SSC, distributor or dealer shall not be entitled to the bene ts of this warranty and
Xtreme Manufacturingshall have no obligations here under unless the "Pre Delivery and InspectionRecord"
has been properly completedand returned to the Xtreme ManufacturingWarranty department within fteen
(15) days after delivery of the Xtreme Manufacturingproduct to the Customer or Dealer's demonstration/
rental eet. Xtreme Manufacturing must be noti ed, in writing, within ten (10) days, of any machine sold to a
Customer from a Dealer/SSC's rental eet duringthe warranty period.
5) Any part or parts which upon examinationby the Xtreme Product SupportDepartmentare found to be
defective within the speci ed warranty period, will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of Xtreme
Manufacturing, throughits local AuthorizedDistributor/SSC, at no charge. Any parts replaced under warranty
must be originalXtreme parts obtainedthroughan authorizedXtreme ManufacturingDistributor/SSCunless
expressly agreed otherwise in writing and in advanceby Xtreme Manufacturing's warranty department.
