Xtreme Manufacturing Product Warranty Policy
6) All parts claimed under warranty must be held available for return and inspectionupon request for a period
of 90 days from date of claim submission, it is necessary that all parts are individuallytagged or marked with
their part number and the warranty claim number. All parts returningshouldbe still in a factory state, free of
any alteration to the originaldesign. If the parts are subject to repair it will need to be pre authorizedby the
Xtreme Product SupportGroup and or Warranty Departmentprior to the repair beingcompleted. After 90
days all parts replaced under warranty which have not been returned, to Xtreme Manufacturingshouldbe
destroyed. Failure to produceparts requested by the Warranty Administrator for inspectionwithin a period of
14 days will result in the claim beingautomaticallyrejected in full. Materials returned for warranty inspection
must have the followingprocedure:
Carefully packaged to prevent additional damageduringshipping
Drained of all contents and all open ports cappedor plugged
Shippedin a container tagged or marked with the RMA number
Shipped PREPAID (groundservice only). Any item(s) returned for warranty by any other means may
be refused and returned, unless prior approvalis agreed with Xtreme.
7) At the direction of the Xtreme ManufacturingWarranty department, any componentpart(s) of Xtreme
Manufacturingproductsto be replaced or repaired under this warranty programmust be returned freight
prepaid for inspection. An RMA (Returns material authorization) must be requested from Xtreme
ManufacturingWarranty department, a copy to be placed with the returningcomponent part(s).
8) All warranty replacement parts will be shippedfreight prepaid (standard charges, groundshipping only)
from the Xtreme ManufacturingParts department, Service Departmentor from the Vendor to Dealer/SSC or
Customer. Any other shipping method is the customer responsibility.
9) All warranty claims are subject to approvalby Xtreme ManufacturingService department. Xtreme
Manufacturingreserves the right to limit or adjust claims with regard to defective parts, labor or travel time
based on usual and customary guidelines.
10) Reimbursementpolicy, labor will be paid at 75% of posted hourly shop rate. Travel time will be paid at $50
per hour up to a maximumof 3 hours. Xtreme Manufacturingwill pay 1 hour of troubleshooting time per
warranty claim, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing and in advanceby Xtreme's Warranty
Department. An annual rate declaration must to be suppliedto the Xtreme Warranty administrator by January

and will be used as the reimbursable rate for that calendar year.
