3.1 Equipment Installation

3.1.1

Equipment transport

The following matters should be noted during transport:

The equipment must be placed in a safe bearing position of the vehicle;

Do not place any other spare parts in the equipment to avoid secondary damage to other equipment due to
bumps in the long-distance transport;

When the loading is finished, the equipment must be reinforced with wire rope, and fix the equipment and
the sweep as a whole to prevent equipment shifting in transport;

Wearing parts must be protected properly (if possible, the wearing parts must be disassembled and
packaged separately);

If a flatbed is used to transport the equipment, the equipment must be fully wrapped in ponchos at least two
layers to protect the equipment against damp and rain.
3.1.2

Steps of unpacking

The package of CMA series laser cutting machine consists of two parts: the crate of master unit (including the
laser tube), and the crate of fan and other accessories (standard water tank pump; if it is chiller, use additional
chiller box). The steps are as follows:

1.Open the machine crate with a crowbar (provided by the user) in the following sequence: top cover,
left and right covers, front and rear covers, foot mounting plate (some machine crates are connected
with screws, and can be unpacked by removing the screws).
