Installation Warnung Die Verstärker sind ausschließlich für den Innenbereich von Fahrzeugen konzipiert, die eine Stromversorgung von 12 Volt DC (Gleichspannung) aufweisen. Die Umgebungstemperatur kann zwischen 0° und 60°C sein. Achtung Installieren Sie den Verstärker nur im Wageninnenraum oder im Kofferraum. Installieren Sie den Verstärker nicht im Motorraum. - Page 5 Bedienelemente BASS EQ. REMOTE BASS LEVEL HIGH LEVEL INPUT 1. Betriebs-LED / Schutz-LED – Diese LED leuchtet Blau, wenn das Gerät betriebsbereit ist. Die LED leuchtet Rot, wenn ein Kurzschluss oder eine zu geringe Impedanz an den Lautsprecheranschlüssen erkannt wird. Wenn dies eintritt, schaltet sich der Verstärker automatisch aus. 2.
- Page 6 Einstellungen vorzunehmen. VORSICHT Wenn Sie beim Einbau des Geräts unsicher sind, lassen Sie es bitte von einem qualifizierten Eton Fachhändler einbauen. VORSICHT Entfernen Sie vor dem Einbau den negativen Batteriepol, um Schäden am Gerät, Feuer bzw. mögliche Verletzungen zu vermeiden.

Einbau Schraube und einer Sternunterlegscheibe am Fahrgestell befestigen. HINWEIS: Die Länge des SCHWARZEN Kabels (Erde/ Masse) sollte so kurz wie möglich gehalten werden, jedoch stets maximal 75 cm. Unbedingt immer die gleichen Kabelquerschnitte für Plus- und Minuskabel verwenden! 6. Das Fernbedienungseinschaltkabel (Remote) durch abisolieren von 1,3 cm am Kabelende zur Befestigung am Verstärker vorbereiten. -

Vermeiden Sie, die Verstärkerlautstärke sehr hoch einzustellen, da Geräusche und Verzerrung sich dadurch wesentlich erhöhen. HINWEIS: Kontaktieren Sie den technischen Kundendienst von Eton für genauere Einstellungsverfahren. CROSSOVER-FREQUENZEINSTELLEN Die Crossover-Frequenz kann zwischen 50 und 250 Hz eingestellt werden. Das Crossover ist nur auf Tiefpass (LP) eingestellt. -

The surrounding temperature may vary from 0° to 60° Centigrade. CAUTION Install the amplifier only in the interior of the vehicle or in the trunk. Never install the amplifier in the motor space under the hood.

Design Features BASS EQ. REMOTE BASS LEVEL HIGH LEVEL INPUT 1. Power/Protect LED – Power LED illuminates blue when the unit is turned on. Protect LED illuminates red if a short circuit or to low of an impedance is detected at the speaker connections. The amplifier will automatically shut down if this occurs. -

Stock electrical systems which are in good condition should be able to handle the extra load of any ETON amplifier without problems, although battery and alternator life can be reduced slightly.To maximize the performance of your amplifier, we suggest the use of a heavy duty battery and an energy storage capacitor. - Page 16 Installation 7. Securely mount the amplifier to the vehicle or amp rack. Be careful not to mount the amplifier on cardboard or plastic panels. Doing so may enable the screws to pull out from the panel due to road vibration or sudden vehicle stops.

4. Slowly increase amplifier gain control until adequate volume is achieved. NOTE Best signal to noise and dynamic range are realized with gain set to minimum. For a more in depth setting procedure, contact Eton technical support. CAUTION Avoid setting amplifier gain high as noise and distortion will greatly increase. -
