Managing global user profiles

To manage the global user profiles, use the following:
• create a global user profile
• modify a global user profile
• delete a global user profile
Creating a global user profile
Use the following procedure to create a global user profile.
Procedure steps
1. In the Windows taskbar notification area, right-click the Avaya EAC Agent icon,

and select Manage SNAS Profiles. The Manage Profiles dialog box appears.
