1. Safety precautions Warning・Cautions Warning Do not adjust the reducing valve. The reducing valve has been set to the water sampling rate of about 1.0L/min(raw water pressure:3×100kPa, reducing valve pressure:0.6×100kPa)at the factory. Never attempt to readjust the reducing valve. If the factory setting of the valve is lost, water leak or reduction of flow may result. Be sure to release the pressure before exchanging consumable parts.
2. Before operating the unit Installing procedures and preparation before operation Warning 1. Be sure to connect the earth wire. ・ Connect the power cord with an earth terminal included to an earthed outlet. ・ If a 3-pole power plug with an earth terminal is unavailable, be sure to connect the earth wire (the green core wire of the power cord) to the ground wire or the ground terminal to prevent an electrical shock accident from earth leakage.
2. Before operating the unit Precautions for installation 3. Never operate the unit in an atmosphere containing flammable or explosive gas. ● Never operate the unit in an atmosphere containing flammable or explosive gas. Since This product is not of an explosion-proof structure. Accordingly, when the electric leakage breaker on the right side of the unit is turned ON(|)/OFF(○) and in the course of operation, arc may occur, possibly causing fire and explosion.

6. Maintenance procedures Resetting after replacement of consumable parts The product counts accumulated water supplying time for each of consumable parts as a rough indication for replacement since each consumable part has a total water supplying amount before its use life. When the accumulated water supplying time is reached, the consumable part replacement error is triggered.
Page 34
6.Maintenance procedures Resetting after replacement of consumable parts The total amount of water supply is specified for each of consumable parts and the unit counts accumulated water supplying time to monitor the use life of each consumable part. Note, however, that we recommend replacing pretreatment cartridges or membrane filters at least once in six months or one year irrespective of their frequency of usage before the consumable part replacement error appears on the unit since they are subject to clogging.
Replacing the water supply solenoid valve and the reducing valve Replacing the water supply solenoid valve and the reducing valve ・Be sure to use the water supply solenoid valve and the reducing valve specified by Yamato. ・The rough interval for replacing the piping hose is five years.
