SWITCHING ON AND OFF (Fig 12)
1. Do not start the motor in tall grass.
2. Switch on: press the button on the combined switch/plug. Hold down the on button
and pull the switch bar
Switch off the tool: release the switch bar.
Do not continue to press the start button (1) after an automatic shut-off of the machine,
this will lead the battery damaged.
WARNING!
When the motor has been switched off, the cutter continues running for several
seconds therefore do not touch the underside of the mower until the cutter has
come to a standstill!

Mowing with mulching
When using the mulching, remove the collection grass bag (3.2a), and put the plastic
mulching plug into the rear discharge chute (3.2b). Make sure that both pins are pressed
down into holes, so that the mulching plug fully snaps into place. Then release the flap, it
will close back to cover the mulching plug.
WARNING!
Before you remove the grass bag, make sure that the blade stops completely.
