Usage and Maintenance Instructions

Using height adjuster to adjust the handles on both sides to the desired height.

The handles should be level with the wrist.

The height of the handle can be adjusted through the holes. To adjust the height, loosen and remove the screws on both

sides and adjust the bar to the desired height.

Secure both screws into the appropriate hole.
