Replacing the power backplane

4.6 Replacing the power backplane
The power backplane is integrated in the power supply cage. It is necessary to
replace the total power supply cage.
Ê Open the server as described in the
Ê Remove the air duct as described in the
Ê Remove the hot-plug power supply units as described in the Operating
Manual.

Ê Loosen the two screws (see the circles) at the rear side of the power supply
cage.
Ê Push the power supply cage in direction of the server's front side until the
bolts on the bottom side of the power supply cage disengage from the
housing.
