    LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY In the event of warranty claim or otherwise, the sole obligation of Varimixer shall be the repair and/or replacement at the option of Varimixer, of the appliance or component or part thereof Such repair or replacement shall be the expense of Vari- mixer except that travel over 100 miles or two hours, overtime, and holiday charges shall be the expense of the purchaser.
  • Page 3 Caution -READ BEFORE OPERATING- Caution Varimixer recommends that mixer operators be at least 18 years of age and be thoroughly trained on the use, cleaning and lubrication of the mixer. This manual should be seen as an integral part of the mixer and should be kept by the machine throughout its working life.

    ransport Lifting equipment should always be used to move the machine. The machine must not be pulled or lifted by the bowl lift handle. When the machine is moved, it should be in a vertical position at all times. nstallation and adjUstments The ambient temperature around the machine must not exceed 113 When the mixer is delivered, the adjustable feet will be turned right to the bottom.

    orkinG With hot inGredients When working with hot ingredients which are added via the filling hole in the bowl screen, it is necessary to use the filling chute. The filling chute is made of FDA-grade silicone, and is able to withstand hot ingredients up to 392 F. The filling chute can be used for ingredients as hot as this for as long as necessary.
