Spare parts

General

Please always state the following when ordering spare parts:

• The precise designation of the spare part

• The motor type

• The serial number of the motor

• The order number of the motor

The motor type and serial number can be found on the nameplate. The serial number is also

stamped on the end face of the shaft end on the drive end.

The part designation should be identical to the designation stated in the list of spare parts

and specified together with the appropriate spare part number.

Example:

End shield, drive end (Part 5.00)

for type 1PH7288-1HF11-0AA0, no. N 1102033010001/2000

Commercially available, standard components can be used, but ensure that they have the

same type of construction, dimensions, strength class etc..

When replacing rolling-contact bearings, in addition to the bearing identification code, the

replacement code for the bearing version is required. Both of these codes are specified on

the lubrication instruction plate and in the motor documentation, or can also be taken from

the installed bearings.
