Shortly after placement, the module will set up a connec-

read out the device information from the heat meter.
Successful connection is displayed on the meter as fol-

Module with external antenna
In the case of modules with an external antenna, proceed
as follows:
• If the distribution box door is made of plastic, the an-
tenna is fixed to the inside of the door using hot glue.
• In the case of metal doors, the antenna must be routed
along the side to the outside and fixed to the masonry.
• In the case of full-metal distribution boxes on concrete
walls, the antenna is routed to the outside through a
bore hole in the switch cabinet.
We recommend mounting the antenna vertically at
a distance of at least 10 cm from other metal parts
and in a separate cable channel for protection.
To avoid reflections, the antenna must be mounted di-
rectly on the wall when the box is located on a concrete
wall.
No attachments with metal parts may be used. Ideally,
hot glue attachment of the cable channel is recom-
mended.
During mounting, make sure that the minimum bending
radius of 35 mm is observed.
