BEFORE THE MAINTENANCE STAGE, YOU MUST
Check the declaration of conformity.
Check the installation records.
CHECK THE MANUAL-INSTRUCTIONS BOOK
Check the installation location of wall hung boiler visually.(the location must conform the
recommended norms).
Visual inspection of flue channels and chambers.
Inspection of discharging of particles and substances that form due to burning.
MAINTENANCE WORKS
Cleaning the growing coverings that may form on exchangers and electrodes
Getting rid of the oxidation that may form on boiler;
Opening the device, turning it off and checking its operation efficiency;
Checking for the leaks from sleeves, pipes and gas and water connections;
Checking the operation and performance of safety components;
Checking the proper operation and efficient running of the set up and control elements
of the device;
Checking the solidity of the apparatus and/or pipes through which the waste gases are
evacuated and their efficiency;
Visual check of any obstruction at the entry of safety valve;
Checking the static pressure of the installation;
Checking the intactness of safety components and/or the presence of any short circuits;
