By rotating the "A" switch seen on Figure 13-14 upon " symbol (sun), select the
summer mode or and if you have the version having a display screen, pres "D" switch
seen on figure 15 and pres it until"symbol is displayed.
After loosing the screw, place a mini manometer sinker on pressure socket 1 (figure
nr. 17). Later, turn the water tap at full capacity and wait for 10 seconds and check if the
maximum value reaches the figure specified in the table for GAS PRESSURES WHILE
OPERATING.
Disconnect the connector of gas valve modulator and wait for the flame descend, after
this, check the minimum value of gas pressure.
When the wall hung boiler is on, open it by turning the hot water tap to the last.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: Pull the protective cap on the armature of the gas valve (Figure
nr. 18) symbolized by "C", tighten up the screw shown by "A" on nut "B", thus adjust the
maximum pressure, (for increasing the pressure, rotate it clockwise, for decreasing the
pressure rotate it counter clockwise).
MINIMUM CAPACITY: Disconnect a connector of gas valve modulator, meanwhile hold
the nut shown with "B" still, adjust the minimum pressure by tightening the screw "A" (for
increasing the pressure, rotate clockwise, for decreasing the pressure rotate it counter
clockwise.).
Install the supply connector back to its place and check if the figures you have set up
are correct.
2.ADJUSTING THE HEATING TO ITS MAXIMUM LEVEL (TRIMMER P2/R12 SETUP PAGE 02)
The maximum capacity of heating is adjusted on the basis of the installation requirement determined by the
project, for adjustment you have follow the procedures below.l
For Baykan sun (version with with Lcd display screen) (Menu/setup)
Turn the wall mounted boiler on and select winter mode by the switch symbolized with
letter "D" , when you select this mode,#symbol will glow. (snowberry).
Turn the boiler on and measure the gas pressure by means of a manometer.
Hold down "F" switch (Figure nr. 15) for 10 seconds, the menu set up will appear.
By moving "B" switch, display the P02 page of set up menu on display screen 1.
Enter the maximum capacity value by moving switch "C" (Specified interval 0– 99)
Display number 2.
