Downgrade from 340492-03 / 340493-03 Win2000 to -02
For the installation of NC software local administrator rights are required.
If necessary, ask the machine manufacturer!
Windows knowledge is required.
Press EMERGENCY STOP
Reboot the control
The "Log on to Windows" window is displayed
Enter the "OEM" user name and the password
Press the "Windows" key to display the taskbar
Start the Windows file explorer
Open the path "C:\Program Files\NCSW\"
Select the NC software version "340492-02 SP9" (or "340493-02 SP9")
Start the setup and follow the instructions on the screen
If the error message "The service iTNC530 could not be created" is generated, all previous steps
must be carried out again.
The "Update successful" message is displayed
Reboot the control
Delete the "MPNAME.MP" file
The adapted "MPNAME.MP" file is generated
Control the newly installed NC software version
