For the process of interchange HEIDENHAIN provides removable data media (SSDR Universal) on which all
NC software versions with the last service packs (SP) for following NC software versions are filed:

340491
340492
340493
HEIDENHAIN recommends always using the last service pack.
After the new service pack is released it can happen that it is not available on the SSDR Universal.
In this case the new service pack is available for download in the Web application
"HESIS-Web Including Filebase".
