    Allgemeines HEIDENHAIN stellt für das Tauschverfahren Wechseldatenträger (SSDR Universal) zur Verfügung, auf denen alle NC-Softwareversionen mit den letzten Servicepacks (SP) für folgende NC-Softwarestände abgelegt sind: 340490 340491 340492 340493 HEIDENHAIN empfiehlt, immer das letzte Servicepack zu verwenden. Nach der Freigabe eines neuen Servicepacks kann es vorkommen, dass dieses noch nicht auf der SSDR Universal zur Verfügung steht.

    Hinweise zum Arbeitsspeicher der MC Bei einem Softwareupdate muss eventuell der Arbeitsspeicher der MC erweitert werden. Beachten Sie hierzu folgende Tabelle: NC-Softwarestand Mindestens benötigter Arbeitsspeicher der MC 34049x-03 und niedriger 128 MB 34049x-04 und höher 256 MB Auch wenn der mindestens benötigte Arbeitsspeicher bereits bestückt ist, können sich Einschränkungen bei diversen Software-Optionen ergeben.

    Erstmaliges Einschalten mit der neuen SSDR Nach dem erstmaligen Hochlauf ist ein Update oder ein Downgrade möglich. Ausnahme: Bei SSDR mit Windows XPe sind nur Updates möglich. Beachten Sie hierzu die nachfolgende Tabelle. Installieren Sie zuerst die gewünschte NC-Softwareversion mit dem zugehörigen Servicepack und laden Sie anschließend die Maschinen- und Kundendaten auf die SSDR.

    Maschinen- und Kundendaten die Fehlermeldung "PLC Program not compiled". Führen Sie in diesem Fall die bei der Nutzung der verschlüsselten PLCE-Partition zusätzlich erforderlichen Schritte durch (siehe "PLCE-Partition", Seite 16). HEIDENHAIN empfiehlt, nach erfolgreicher Installation die NC-Softwarestände von der TNC-Partition zu löschen.
