  • Page 3 ¡ Como qualquer máquina ou equipamento elétrico, a fonte de energia para soldagem LHJ 750. deve estar desligada da sua rede de alimentação elétrica antes de ser executada qualquer manutenção preventiva ou corretiva.

    é igual a 10 minutos. O fator de trabalho nominal da LHJ 750 é de 60%. Significa que a máquina pode fornecer a sua corrente de soldagem nominal (carga) durante 6 minutos, seguido um período de descanso (a máquina não fornece corrente de soldagem) de 4 minutos sem que a temperatura dos seus componentes internos ultrapasse os limites previstos por projeto.
  • Page 5 6) INSTALAÇÃO 6.1) Recebimento Ao receber uma Fonte de energia LHJ 750, retirar todo o material de embalagem em volta da unidade e verificar a existência de eventuais danos que possam ter ocorrido durante o transporte. Quaisquer reclamações relativas a danificação em trânsito devem ser dirigidas à empresa transportadora.
  • Page 6 Os requisitos de tensão de alimentação elétrica são indicados na placa nominal. A fonte de energia LHJ 750 é projetada para operar em redes trifásicas de 220, 380 ou 440 V em 50 ou 60 Hz. Ela deve ser alimentada a partir de uma linha elétrica independente e de capacidade adequada de maneira a se garantir o seu melhor desempenho e a se reduzir as falhas de soldagem ou eventuais danos causados por outros equipamentos tais como máquinas de soldar por resistência, prensas de impacto, motores elétricos, etc.

  • Page 14 1) SAFETY This manual has the purpose to guide experienced people about installation, operation and maintenance for Welding Rectifier LHJ 750. DO NOT allow non-qualified personnel to install, operate or repair this equipment. You must read and understand all information in this manual.

    Voltmeter and Ampere meter are optional and can be mounted on to the specific kit. Forced cooling system, which assures the internal components do not overheat. The cabinet of LHJ 750 is robust and easily carried through working place. The trolley has break device and has lifting holes.

    8.2) Repairing To assure perfect functioning and performance of the ESAB equipment, use only original replacement parts supplied by ESAB or the ones with its approval. The use of non-original or not-approved parts leads to warranty cancellation. Replacement parts can be purchased at ESAB authorised services or sales branches as indicated at the last page of this manual.You must always indicate model and series number.

    ESAB in normal use conditions, which may be defective due to production fault, for the warranty period stipulated for each equipment or model. ESAB obligations in the herein warranty is limited only to repair or replacement of any part or component when duly proved by ESAB or an Authorised Servicer.

  • Page 26 La corriente se ajusta en forma continua con una manivela localizado en el tablero frontal del LHJ 750 que permite un amplio y preciso ajuste de la corriente para en todas sus aplicaciones dentro del ámbito de uso del equipo.

    6) INSTALACIÓN 6.1) Recepción Al recibir su Fuente de energía LHJ 750 retire todo el material de embalaje que se encuentra alrededor de la unidad y verifique si existen eventuales daños ocurridos durante el transporte. Los reclamos relativos a daños en tránsito deben ser dirigidos a la empresa transportadora.
  • Page 28 La tabla 6.1 ayuda a calcular la dimensión de los cables y de los fusibles de línea; eventualmente, consulte las normas vigentes. La fuente de energía LHJ 750 se entrega para operar en una red de alimentación de 440V. Si la tensión de alimentación es diferente, las conexiones primarias deben ser modificadas como indica el esquema eléctrico.
