3.3 Installation of the supporting tube with air-termination tip

Insert the air-termination tip (Ø 10 mm) into the upper end of the supporting tube (Ø 50 mm) and
tighten it by means of the two M8 locking screws (tightening torque of 15 Nm) (see Fig. 5, page 9).
Vertically insert the assembled supporting tube into the adapter of the brace frame and tighten it by
means of the four M10 locking screws (tightening torque of 25 Nm).
In this process, the four M10 hexagon nuts must be tightened against the adapter
(see Fig. 5 on page 8).

3.4 Connection to the equipotential bonding system

When using the tripod in conjunction with a HVI
to the equipotential bonding system is established via a double cleat (V2A) using a tightening torque
of 25 Nm (see Fig. 4).
