  • Page 4: Besondere Sicherheitshinweise

    Dieses Kameraset (SET DIGIK) kann in Verbindung mit einer geeigneten Isolierstange, zur wiederkehrenden Prüfung durch Besichtigung von elektrischen Anlagen bis 36 kV, ohne Freischaltung nach DIN VDE 0105-100, Abs. 5.3.101.1 zum Einsatz kommen. Dabei können Foto- oder Filmaufnahmen von Anlagenteilen erstellt und eine Bewertung auf äußerlich er- kennbare Schäden oder Mängel durchgeführt werden.
  • Page 5 Der Arbeitskopf mit Isolierstange darf nur eingesetzt werden, wenn die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen gegen Brand- und Explosionsgefahren berücksichtigt wurden ((siehe B2 und B3 in DIN VDE 0105- 100: … (EN 50110-1: …)). Darüber hinaus darf bei Wahrnehmung von Gewittern aufgrund der zu erwartenden atmosphärischer Überspannung der Einsatz nicht begonnen oder muss abgebrochen werden.

    2. Allgemeine Anwendungshinweise Arbeitskopf und Isolierstange dürfen nur in Anlagen verwendet werden, für die sie durch ent- sprechende Aufschriften auf dem jeweiligen Typenschild (z.B. Nennspannung / Nennfrequenz) ge- kennzeichnet und vorgesehen sind (siehe Punkt 5, Typenschild). Die Isolierstange darf beim Benutzen nur an der Handhabe (bzw. Handgriff) gefasst und von einem sicheren Standort aus so gehandhabt werden, so dass der Benutzer selbst im notwendigen Sicher- heitsabstand von allen Anlagenteilen bleibt, die unter Spannung stehen können.

    3. Hinweise für die Benutzung Bei der Benutzung sind nachfolgende Punkte unbedingt zu beachten.     3.2.3 Isolierstange IS STK mit Adapter AD ZK STK 30 360 für Anlagen bis 36 kV / 15 – 60 Hz Die Isolierstange IS 36 STK 30 1280 oder IS 36 STK 43 1280 mit aufgesteckten Adapter AD ZK STK 30 360 ist wie im vorhergehenden Punkt beschrieben mit dem Arbeitskopf zu verschrauben.
  • Page 11 Bild 4 Steckkupplungssystem Das Kunststoff-Steckkupplungs-System ermöglicht grundsätzlich die Kombination aller Einzelteile unterei- nander. Einzelteile, mit denen auch unter Spannung stehende Anlagenteile berührt und überbrückt werden dürfen, sind zusätzlich zu der Kennzeichnung “Nennspannung” und “Doppeldreieck” am Typenschild mit einer Steckkupplung “GELB” ausgerüstet.     3.2.6 Herstellerfremde Isolierstangen In Verbindung mit dem Arbeitskopf können auch herstellerfremde Isolierstangen eingesetzt wer- den. Entsprechend der Spannungsreihe ausgewählte Isolierstangen müssen zur Aufnahme des Ar- beitskopfes (Gehäuse mit Kamera und montierten Adapter) eine Universalzahnkupplung nach DIN VDE 0682-211 bzw. IEC/EN 60832 besitzen. Achtung: Ob eine herstellerfremde Isolierstange zur Verwendung mit dem Arbeitskopf geeignet ist, liegt in der Verantwortung des Anwenders!
  • Page 13 Empfohlen wird, beim Heranführen des Arbeitskopfes diesen von unter Spannung stehenden oder nicht geerdeten Anlagenteilen so weit wie möglich entfernt zu halten. Anmerkung: Für optimale Aufnahmen ist zwischen Arbeitskopf (Kamera) und den Anlagenteil ein Mindestabstand >50 mm einzuhalten!

    7. Reinigung und Pflege Grundsätzlich ist der Arbeitskopf und die Isolierstange pfleglich zu behandeln. Ist das Kunststoffgehäuse, der Adapter oder die Isolierstange verschmutzt, so ist die Kombination vor und nach der Benutzung mit einem fusselfreien, feuchten Tuch (z.B. Fensterleder) zu reinigen. Bei der Reinigung der Isolierstange dürfen keine Reinigungsmittel außer den zugelassenen (siehe unten) verwendet werden.

    In combination with a suitably rated insulating stick, this camera set (SET DIGIK) can be used for pe- riodic on-site inspections of electrical installations up to 36 kV without disconnection according to section 5.3.101.1 of the EN 50110-1 standard. In this process, parts of the installation can be photographed or filmed to detect external damage or defects.

Moreover, the camera must not be used in thunderstorms due to the atmospheric overvoltage which is to be expected.     2. General application notes Only use operating heads and insulating sticks that are rated for e.g. the nominal voltage / nominal frequency of the installation (see 5., rating plate). Only contact the handle of the insulating stick and operate it from a safe location so that the user maintains the necessary safety distance from all live parts of the installation to ensure that he is not at risk.

    The black ring at the handle provides a visible barrier between the handle and the insulating element. To position the digital camera at parts of the installation which are difficult to access, the handle can be extended by additional extensions from the DEHN insulating stick portfolio (see 10.).

    3.2.6 Insulating sticks from other manufacturers Insulating sticks from other manufacturers can also be combined with the operating head. Suitably rated insulating sticks must be fitted with a universal gear coupling according to IEC/ EN 60832 to accept the operating head (housing with camera and mounted adapter). Attention: The user has to decide whether insulating sticks from other manufacturers are suitable for combination with the operating head.

    7. Cleaning and care The operating head with insulating stick must be handled with care. If the plastic housing, adapter or insulating stick is soiled, clean the combination with a lint-free damp cloth (e.g. washleather) before and after use. Only use the permitted cleaning agents (see below) for cleaning the insulating stick.
