2. Safety instructions

Installation,
electrotechnical expertise
Only qualified and trained lightning protection specialists are allowed to install the tripod.
The tripod may only be installed under the conditions shown and referred to in these installation
instructions.
Prior to installation, the tripod must be examined for good order and condition. If damage or any
other defect is found, it must not be installed.
For safety reasons, installation work must be stopped as soon as a thunderstorm approaches/ is
noticed.
The installation of components from other manufacturers or of other types is impermissible and will
void warranty.
When installing the tripod on sensitive surfaces such as roof sheetings, it must be ensured that these
surfaces are not damaged.
It is recommended to wear sturdy shoes (e.g. safety shoes) during installation work.
When installing the tripod in conjunction with a supporting tube and HVI Conductors, the installation
notes of the relevant installation instructions must be observed:
