Diagnostics with channel referred information

Parameter: „Extended Diagnostic" Enable
This diagnosis consists of four parts:
1. Six bytes of standard diagnostics
2. 35 bytes Device-related diagnosis
3. 2-3 bytes of identification-referred diagnosis (Number depends on number of attached Extension IO mod-
ules <= 7 = 2 bytes, >7 = 3 bytes)
4. n bytes channel-referred diagnosis (The channel-referred diagnosis is as largely as the number of arising
errors times three bytes)

1 = station is not ready for data exchange
1 = configuration error with the master
1 = extended diagnostics data is available
1 = a requested function is not supported
1 = the slave response was not valid
1 = false or incomplete parameter data
1 = parameters are from another master set - access is locked
1 = parameter must be transmitted again
1 = diagnostic data is present
Slave always sets "1"
1 = The slave has activated the watchdog
1 = The slave has received the "freeze" control command
1 = The slave has received the "sync" control command
Slave always sets "0"
1 = set from master, slave is inactive, slave always sets "0"
