PASO 36:

Instale los dos cojines de fijación superiores y el cojín de
fijación inferior en los orificios del guardafangos trasero.
Instale la luz trasera alineando el pasador con el orificio
inferior, y los pernos con los orificios superiores del
guardafangos trasero.
Instale las arandelas y apriete las tuercas de fijación
superiores (1).
Conecte los cables de los intermitentes traseros y de la
luz trasera.
PASO 37:

Instale los dos cojines de fijación (1) en los orificios de
la alza trasera.
Efectúe el armado del conjunto del cubretablero
derecho/izquierdo sobre la alza trasera.
Fije la parte posterior utilizando los bujes de fijación y
los pernos rebordes, 6 x 16 mm (2).
Fije los cubretableros derecho e izquierdo utilizando la
arandela sencilla, 4 mm, y el perno, 4 x 10 mm (1).
Instale el conjunto del cubretablero derecho/izquierdo y
alza trasera en el chasis.
Fije la alza trasera utilizando los cuatro pernos rebordes,
10 x 16 mm (2).
PASO 38:

Fije la parte delantera utilizando los cojines y bujes de
fijación, y los pernos rebordes, 6 x 20 mm (1).
Fije la parte inferior utilizando los tornillos alomados, 5
x 11,5 mm (2).
Enchufe el conector del regulador/rectificador (3).
Alinee el emblema y cólelo en la parte trasera central
del cubretablero.

Install the two upper rubber mountings and the lower
grommet into the rear mudguard holes.
Install the taillight by aligning the pin with the lower hole
and the bolts with the upper holes on the rear mudguard.
Install the washers and tighten the upper attaching
nuts (1).
Connect the rear turn signal and taillight wires.
STEP 37:

Install the two rubber mountings (1) into the rear grab rail.
Assemble the right and left rear cowl assembly on the rear
grab rail.
Attach the rear section with the lock collar and 6 x 16 mm
flange bolts (2).
Attach the right and left rear cowls with the 4 mm plain
washer and the 4 x 10 mm tapping screw.
Install the right/left rear cowl and rear grab rail assembly to
the frame.
Attach the rear grab rail with four 10 x 16 mm flange
bolts (2).
STEP 38:
(CG125 TITAN KS • KSE • ES)
Attach the front section with the rubber mountings,
mounting collars and the 6 x 20 mm flange bolts (1).
Attach the lower section with the 5 x 11.5 mm Pan
screw (2).
Connect the regulator/rectifier connector (3).
Align and fix the emblem in the central portion of the rear
grab rail.
