Information and procedure
FOR USE BY AUTHORISED LINN RETAILERS ONLY

This procedure should only be carried out by an Authorised Linn retailer, and only on advice from
Linn Service.
If you have any doubts, concerns, questions etc regarding this procedure, do NOT proceed – contact

Please read through this procedure in its entirety before starting work.
It is important to follow ALL instructions carefully and exactly.
Estimated time for completion of this task:
45 mins for fuse replacement on both Komri's.
1 hour for Aktiv AV5140
Equipment Required
Free standing workbench, 53cm high, with a flat surface, clear of debris and clutter.
No.25 Torx security driver.
Flat blade screwdriver to remove fuses with.

  • Page 2 Procedure Step 1: Disconnect the Komri from everything and especially the mains. Pull out the main fuse compartment to access fuses (located directly under the mains inlet as shown) If the Komri has 6.3amp fuses fitted, then remove these and replace with two10amp MISS 397’s.
  • Page 3 Step 5: Whilst supporting the top of the heatsink place a hand at the bottom and pull the whole module outwards, maintaining the angle shown in the photo. Note: the weight of the module is taken by resting the two pins on the cabinet (see below).
