Configuring a Hikvision Video Intercom DS-KD-DIS Display Module
    Preparation− − − − The following items are required for configuration:
Display Module (DS-KD-DIS, v1.0.0_190520)
Main Unit (DS-KD-8003-IME1, v2.0.6_190808 above)
Sub Module (DS-KD-KP/DS-KD-M/ DS-KD-KK, v1.0.0_190522)
Client Software iVMS-4200 (v3.1.11 and above)
If the keyboard module is not connected, the display module directly enters the

address book interface; if the keyboard module is connected, the display module will
show the main interface. Press the Up (∧ ∧ ∧ ∧ ) and Down (∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ ) arrow keys to enter the
address book interface.
The maximum number of modules is eight, or a maximum of five if the display module
is included. The maximum number of sub-modules is as follows:

It is recommended to upgrade the other sub-modules' firmware before upgrading the
display module firmware.
Make sure all related devices are powered off during wiring.
    Wiring
1. Configure the sub module DIP switches. Each sub-module's DIP switch address should be unique
for connecting to the main unit. The sub module DIP switches and corresponding DIP switch status
are displayed below (DIP switches 1, 2, 3, and 4 are used to code the sub module address; valid sub
module addresses are from 1 to 8).
