Bedienungs- und Installationsanleitung Installation- and Operation Instruction Öl-Luft-Kühler / Oil coolers BLK, BNK 1 Allgemeines BLK Öl-Luft-Kühler und BNK Nebenstromkühler dienen zur Kühlung von Ölen in Hydaulik- und Schmier- kreisläufen. Der Arbeitsbereich ist durch die Spezifikationen vorgegeben. Nehmen Sie kein Gerät in Betrieb, das Beschädigungen aufweist. - Achten Sie darauf, dass am Kühler die Warnschilder (drehende Teile, Lüfter) angebracht wurden. - Überzeugen Sie sich vom ordnungsgemäßen Anschluss wie im Kapitel 3 beschrieben. -

Beachten Sie die angegebene Schutzart gegen Staub und Feuchtigkeit. Eine Reinigung mit Hochdruck- reinigern ist nur möglich, wenn der Motor mit entsprechender Schutzart ausgerüstet ist. -

Mit Druckluft lassen sich die Lamellen prob- lemlos reinigen. Richten Sie den Strahl vorsichtig parallel zu den Luftlamellen. Rückstände können mühelos mit einem Hochdruckreiniger und Entfettungsmittel entfernt werden. -
