The CheckScanner™ 2.0 is a PC-controlled biochip fl uorescence scanner for the general laboratory use in combination with the CheckReport™Software. It is designed to scan with high performance ready-to-use microarrays on HTA™Slides manufactured for Greiner Bio-One. Subsequent scans of the microarray are performed at two different wavelengths. The output of the instrument are TIFF images which are evaluated using the CheckReport™Software.
The mains power must provide grounding. If the mains power does not provide grounding, the instrument must be grounded via the optional earth, which is located on the right side of the Greiner Bio-One GmbH instrument backside.
