3 Instrument operation and application 3.1 General Automatic appliance testing with AutoPAT MI 2143 is very simple. It is just necessary to select class and type of appliance and start the test sequence. It is also possible to stop testing before completion by pressing START / STOP key again. In this case all test indicators are cleared.
A part of the standards are requirements against electric shock with test conditions and limit values. AutoPAT MI 2143 is designed for test conditions and compares results according to the standards mentioned in paragraph 1.3 Applied standards.
