5.2 Connecting the PE Cable
1. Crimp an OT terminal.
2. Secure the PE cable.
•
It is recommended that you route
the PE cable to the ground bar
through AC input cable hole 1.
•
Connect the PE cable to the
nearest ground bar.
•
To enhance the corrosion
resistance of a ground terminal,
you are advised to apply silica
gel or paint on it after connecting
the PE cable.

Connecting the Antenna Cable

1. Remove the screw assemblies from the antenna support, and then remove the antenna support.
2. Install the antenna support on the upper-left side of the enclosure, and use the removed M4 screw
assemblies to secure the antenna support.
3. Place the antenna on the support, and attach the antenna base to the antenna support to secure it.
4. Route the cable to the 4G port on the SmartLogger1000A through any 3G/4G waterproof
connector.
5. Use cable clips to secure the cable.
