Troubleshooting Guide

The following is a basic troubleshooting guide. A more detailed guide is available via the app.
Problem
Unit is on and stimulation indicator is lit
but there is no stimulation
Unit is not connecting to the app
The contractions are weak even with a
high intensity
Unpleasant feeling beneath the
GelPads during a session OR GelPad
contact error
I can't see the Connect Bluetooth
connection on my smart device
Unit will not charge
Unit is beeping and the Stimulation
Indicator is flashing
Error message appears on the app

Possible Cause
Intensity is too low
Unit and app are not paired
Battery is low
Poor contact with the skin
GelPads are not covering the metal
studs
Poor contact with the skin
The GelPads are worn
GelPads are not covering the metal
studs
Metal studs are not clean
You have not paired the unit with the

USB cable may not be connected to a

Solution
Increase the intensity

Recharge the battery
Press GelPads firmly against the skin
Reposition the pads so that the metal
studs are covered
Press GelPads firmly against the skin.
New GelPads are available from
SLENDERTONE
Reposition the pads so that the metal
studs are covered
Clean any residue from the metal studs
with a dry cloth and replace the GelPads

Ensure the correct type of USB charger
is used
Switch off the unit, remove the belt and
check the pads are positioned correctly
and covering the metal studs.
Switch off and on again. If the problem
