- Page 2 Lubrication Each time the Series 6 Drills are disassembled for maintenance, repair Work approximately 6 cc to 8 cc of Ingersoll Rand No. 67 Grease or replacement of parts, lubricate the tool as follows: into the D, H, J, JJ, K or L ratio gear train and 10 cc to 12 cc of the Moisten all O-rings with O-ring lubricant.

To remove the Throttle Plunger Bushing, proceed as follows: Apply enough heat to warm the Housing, but not enough heat Grasp the rear hub of the Motor Housing in leather-covered or to distort it.
