Anomaly
The fan does not work

MAINTENANCE
Possible failures Remedy
There is no current Check the breaker / fuse
The thermostat is Check if there is power to the terminals of the fan (and / or 0-10V
damaged signal for EC)
The cables are not Verify all electrical connections within the wiring diagram suppled
connected
Condenser broken Replace capacitor (AC motor)
Dirty filter Clean or replace the filter
Battery dirty Clean the battery with lens cleaner
Selected speed low Select a higher speed (max or med)
Fan damaged Visually check that the fan is undamaged SOSTITUTION
REQUIRED
Fan loose Check that the fan is firmly secured to the machine frame
Speed to much high Select a lower speed (min or med)
Water too hot / cold Check if temperature of inlet water is less than 10 ° C in summer or
more 40 ° C in winter.
Water flow low Check if the dT between water input and output is at most 7K
Valve closed Check that all manual valves are open to interception
Valve Actuator broken Check that the actuator has opened the valve
Air in the battery Purge the coil with the air valve
Water too cool Raise the water inlet temperature
Speed too low Increase the fan speed (med or max)
Condensate drain Control the outflow of the exhaust pipe
clogged
Pan counterslope Make sure the pan is level or tilted slightly towards the drain
Water pipes are not Insulate all pipes chilled water
insulated
Faulty seals Check seals of hose connections
Dirty pan Clean the pan to allow the normal flow of condensate
