Description
A controller diagnostic error
or a controller exception er-
ror occurred while the pow-
er is on.
The printer controller has
some problems on the hard-
ware.
Software error.
A controller disk error is de-
tected while the power is on.
A controller disk error is de-
tected while a macro or font
is being downloaded from
the host to the printer con-
troller.
A parallel communication
error occurred during the
print job via the parallel
port.
Network communication is
not available. Check the
Network setting.
An installed network card
fails to correctly establish
communication with the
network.
Comments
Turn the main switch off,
and then back on. If the error
appears again, please call
service.
Even if this error occurs, oth-
er functions (Copy and Doc-
ument Server) are still
available.

ter confirming the error, and
the printer will start without
the controller disk capabili-
ty.

check the network settings,
and the printer will start
without the network capabil-

stalled, no error will occur
when it isn't plugged into a
network connection.
